Why We Exist

Solving the “Impossible Gap” for SMEs

We kept seeing the same story: talented businesses held back by processes that could be automated—but the available solutions were either too expensive, too generic, or too complicated.

Small and mid-sized businesses were stuck between basic templates that didn't handle compliance or unique needs, and enterprise solutions that cost $100K+ and took 6 months to build. The tools existed. The access to them didn't.

Sync-ho was started to bridge that gap. Having built AI systems for large enterprises, we knew that same power could be delivered to SMEs faster and more affordably. Our aim is simple: every SME should have access to smart automation—not just those with Fortune 500 budgets.

The Insight

SMEs need enterprise-grade AI without enterprise complexity or cost.

The Approach

Custom solutions built for each client, not one-size-fits-all platforms.

The Focus

Regulated industries where security and compliance matter most.

Our Philosophy on AI

AI is a tool, not the pitch

We've seen what happens when AI gets bolted onto a workflow because it's fashionable, not because it's useful. We build the other way around.

AI earns its place

We don't start with the model and go looking for a use case. We start with the workflow, and only reach for AI where it genuinely outperforms the alternative.

Augment, don't replace judgment

The best systems we've built make the person using them faster and more confident—not obsolete. Humans stay in the loop on anything that matters.

Compliance is a first-class requirement

In healthcare, legal, and finance, "it mostly works" isn't good enough. Security and regulatory fit are designed in from day one, not retrofitted.

How We Build

Why we build products and take on custom work

Why we build our own products

Redactify, Auditly, and RAWI didn't start as products—they started as the same problem showing up across multiple clients. When we see a pattern repeat, we build it once, properly, and own it end to end.

Owning our own products keeps us honest. We use them, we feel their rough edges first, and we're accountable for how they perform—not just how they were scoped.

Why we also do custom engineering

Not every problem fits a product, and we'd rather admit that than force one. Custom engineering is where we solve the specific, messy, business-critical problems our products don't cover yet.

It also keeps us close to how businesses actually operate—which is where our next product idea usually comes from.

Our Engineering Mindset

What we believe

Affordable Innovation

Automation shouldn't cost $100K+. We prove that SME-ready AI can be high-impact without the enterprise price tag.

Weeks, Not Months

We don't believe in 6-month timelines. We deliver custom software and automation fast, so you can scale now.

Security-First

Secure, regulation-ready automation for businesses in healthcare, legal, and finance is our standard.

Built to Prove Itself

We measure everything against a real baseline. If a system isn't moving a number that matters, we treat that as our problem to fix.

How We Work With Clients

We stick around after launch

A lot of vendors treat delivery as the finish line. We treat it as the starting point of the part that actually matters—whether the system holds up under real usage, real data, and real edge cases.

We're selective about the clients we take on because long-term relationships only work when both sides are genuinely invested. When we commit to a client, we commit to understanding their business well enough to keep improving what we built—not just fix it when it breaks.

That's also why we're builders first: builders stay accountable to what they shipped. Implementers move on to the next contract.

Ongoing Improvement

We measure impact against a real baseline and keep iterating after handover.

Deep Context

We invest in understanding your business, not just your ticket queue.

Selective by Design

We take on fewer clients so we can go all in on the ones we do.

Want to work together?

We're selective about the projects we take on—but if there's a fit, we go all in.
